The planter and tray are produced using innovative Silica Plastic Block (SPB) technology, transforming:
Low-value mixed plastic waste such as wrappers and multilayer plastic (MLP)
Foundry waste sand and industrial dust discard
 
Instead of ending up in landfills or polluting the environment, these materials are repurposed into durable, eco-friendly planters with a unique texture and identity.
 
Circular Design with Social Impact
The fabric sleeve and jhola (carry bag) are made from post-production and post-use textile waste. These are stitched by women working from home, Self Help Groups (SHGs), and NGOs, helping generate decentralized livelihood opportunities through circular economy practices.
