SPB (Silica Plastic Block) Paver Blocks transform waste plastic and industrial dust/sand into durable paving products, converting discarded resources into value while reducing dependence on virgin materials.

Material

Made from a composite of waste plastic + industrial discard, including low-value mixed plastic such as MLP (wrappers) and foundry dust/waste sand.

Helps reduce the use of cement, natural sand and water.

Each paver has its own texture and natural variation, reflecting the character of recycled materials.

• Laboratory abrasion/wear testing indicates approximately 3× better performance than conventional cement pavers

• Manufactured through controlled hydraulic compression

Circularity

SPB Pavers convert difficult-to-recycle plastic and industrial discards into useful infrastructure while reducing the consumption of virgin natural resources.

At the end of their useful life, they can be recycled at authorized SPB production centres.
